"We love having IT support from Ategan. We really appreciate and value the ease of using their ticketing system when we run into trouble. All we have to do is send a simple email to the helpdesk and their system automatically categorizes it and places it into their queuing system for support. A system note is then generated back to us to let us know they received our request and a tracking number is provided so we can follow it along. It eliminates a lot of frustration and long waits on the phone. There is an additional peace of mind knowing that if there was a emergency, we could call and reach someone for support on the spot."
