How much do your services cost?

The cost of service varies depending on your needs. Much like brining in your car to get repaired, the cost depends on what kind of work needs to be done on the car. We will work together with you to determine what kind of services you are looking for and get the best plan in place for you. 

What is your response time for technical issues?

Response times vary depending on the severity of the issue you are experiencing. Our question we ask customers is “Are you experiencing an emergency” if that is the case we respond immediately with the resolutions being as soon as possible. With the help of our help desk and ticketing system we can keep track of your technical needs and make sure you are updated every step of the way.

Is there a charge to schedule an onsite evaluation?

No, we always provide our first technical consultation at no charge so that we can become familiar with your system and you can get to know us. Then we will follow up with a proposal to cover your needs. 

Will we need technical knowledge when we call for assistance?

No, our trained Help Desk and technical staff, who you will get to know, will provide you with straight forward and easy to understand explanations. We want to be and IT company you can talk to and not confuse you with technical jargon that means nothing to you.
